Can't Study

I can't study right now..!!!!No feeling no perseverance to so it!

hmmmm....My leg hasn't officially heal YET...And YET I'm learning dance from PARTS (Kdu Performing Arts) and after dancing a bit too much, my leg actually hurts.and YET, I don't want to bother...

I want to use it to the fullest and not regret it...

Steamboat tonite!

THE CAMPUS CAMP!

Since I've taken up the challenge to go to THE CAMPUS CAMP,(which my dad initially don't agree because exam is the next day after camp!) I'm going to study earlier...

1) NO last minute doing assignment

2) NO last minute studying

3) NO wasting time (of cuz I will still have to invest some time on my frenz to win souls for Christ!)

This will be partly my resolution for this year too....hmmmmm......

The Power Of Confession

** Whatever the enemy tries to break, God turns it into a breakthrough! Amen?!

Two weeks ago, Ps.Kenneth spoke about CONFIDENCE (I wasn't back in KL yet) but I was here last week.

And he spoke about The Power of Confession.

1) Our tongue controls our lives. If you change the way you speak, you can change your whole body system. (that's so awesome ok!!!!!!!!!)

2) James 3:3-5

- If we control our tongue, we can also control our destiny. (It doesn't mean that we will know what will happen in the future but our tongue, controls other parts of the body, tells the body system things to do)

- The things you choose to speak can bring you to either life or death.

- What do you desire? Desire positivity, health, life, to be like Jesus etc etc. and speak forth of it!

**Don't think your way out of the problem, speak your way out of the problem!!!!

2) Acts 2:4 (Holy Spirit's job- 1st priority when it came on to the apostles was to change their tongues, it let them speak in tongues)

3) Genesis 1:3 ( God said-meaning He spoke)

***The Holy Spirit and God's priority was speaking, confessing..Even they did it!

4) Acts 2:17 ( Prophesy- Be specific in asking) Prophesy is declaring the word of God, not telling the future.

5) Ephesians 5:18 & 19- speak...when you're filled with the Holy Spirit, we're going o speak differently (celebrative and declarative is the meaning of speaking in tongues.

6) Ephesians 5: 20- Give thanks!

Conclusion:

***Be continually filled with the Holy Spirit everyday so that words that come out from your mouth will be fruitful and encouraging!

***To prophesy is praise-Praise is powerful like a weapon, It brings balance to earth and even overcome the evil spirits that are on earth! (Acts 2:11-speaking in tongues means speaking forth the amazing God!, Even in tongues we're praising and magnifying God)

***There's Power in Praise!

***See the GOOD in the BAD!

CHANGE YOUR WORDS AND YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR WORLD!

Pung Taou

Today, I helped my grandma make 'pung taou'. It's a type of chinese kueh....my grandma likes it pink in colour...So, that's de colour....It's triangle in shape, filled with cooked glutinous rice, peanuts, chestnuts, black mushrooms, dried shrimps and fried onions.

My whole extended family likes it very much..Whenever she makes it, she'll call every child in the family to come and collect it..hahahhaa............

BUT my grandmother also old already..So, I went to help her...

I asked my grandmother who passed down all the recipes to her, she said it was her grandma not her mum..And now, I'm learning it...Looks like this runs in the family..only the grandchildren will want to learn the recipes that is passed down..*not superstitious alright!*

New Hair 2009!!!!!!!!!

Well, I went to straighten my hair for the like 6th time...
hahahaha...I had to think twice of whether to straighten it or curl it...
Finally, I decided to straighten it~dare not take the risk to make myself look older than I already am...hahhaa..

God, I want to rely on You!

It has happened twice already..Everytime I make the prayer, "God, I want to rely on You and not on my own strength.", God has helped me both that times...Indeed it clearly tells us that God wants us to rely on Him and not on our own strength...
I'm really grateful to God for helping me and letting me pass my both exams...All Glory to God! Amen! <3 :D

To start out where I left off,

1) I was having exams on 30th November...

-Sociology (which I had to resit)

-PR

-Film Studies

-Copywriting

I was confident for every paper except Sociology... Had a bad experience with my lecturer...Don't want to elaborate any further... *Forgives and Forgets*

Anyway, I've passed my resit socio exam...I'm so excited!!!!!!Thanks be to God!

hehhe...really a miracle..couldn't have done it without God!

Then, after the exam, we had our Walkabrella event! AWESOMENESS!!!!!!we broke the record of 1321 people attending..It was AWESOMENESS to see everyone work together on Sunday in the wee hours of the morning...Despite being at college at 4.30am (I din even slp), I was enjoying the sight of everyone working together...NICE! Our effort was made worthy when the PIC of Malaysian Book of Records announced that we broke the record!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!wooohoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That feeling is more than just AWESOMENESS!!!!!!!!!!

Continuation about the resit....

After the Walkabrella event on a Sunday, I came back to JB the next day...was in a holiday-ing mood already...To my expectation, I had to resit Sociology exam again...

So, I contacted Chin Yin to ask her if I could stay in her room, got it..Started studying....

Went up to KL on Sunday,alone(1st time), did the exam on Monday, came back on Tuesday, alone again (1st time)...But I went to Pudu with Phoebe..Awesome!hee...so la...

And when I got the news that I passed, I was feeling more than awesomeness again.....
